During my many years of working in healthcare, I’ve witnessed firsthand how a generalized approach often leaves healthcare and prevention ineffective and frustrating for all involved. In my work implementing value-based healthcare, I have seen the power of data and of digital tools to transform complex health systems and improve outcomes. I have also seen women's healthcare - especially in their post-reproductive years - massively underserved and lacking data-driven, holistic and personalized services.

This inspired me to co-found Evela Health, where we are on a mission to bring truly personalized, data-driven care to women navigating menopause transition and healthy aging. At Evela Health, we’re shaping a new future for women in menopause, where care is intelligent, personalized, and proactive. Traditional healthcare models have left women underserved, but we see a tremendous opportunity to fill that void with data-driven insights and technology.

Serving as Co-CEO together with Eva, I believe we’re not just building a company; we’re building a movement for change that puts women’s health front and center, creating a healthcare model that isn’t simply reactive but redefines how we support women’s health needs at every stage. Together, we’re challenging outdated norms, knowing that meaningful change requires more than incremental improvements—it demands visionary leadership and bold action.

 I am an industrial engineer by training and tech-enthusiast at heart. After 15 years I quit my corporate career to  run my own med-tech company because I believed  in the transformative power of digitalization, data, and technology to revolutionize healthcare, making superior medical solutions accessible and impacting millions of lives.

My personal journey into menopause began at 39, when I unexpectedly entered early menopause. Faced with minimal information and vague advice to simply 'reduce stress,' I endured sleepless nights, concentration issues, and unpredictable mood swings. Through extensive personal research, I was able to fully reclaim my vitality and joy in both my professional and personal life.

Millions of women suffer unnecessarily up to 15 years in silence from the hormonal transition. Even though there are evidence-based solutions not only to immediately restore vitality but also to set a great foundation for healthy aging.

Evela Health was born from a vision where women over 40 not get through the day, but thrive and become the best versions of themselves—living healthy, joyful lives. At Evela, we go beyond treating symptoms; we empower women to lead vibrant lives through data-driven  health solutions.

With over a decade of experience in product, tech and operational strategy leadership, I bring a passion for innovation and an agile mindset to Evela Health. My career has been shaped by hands-on roles across high-growth tech ventures, where I have specialized in building resilient teams, driving transformation, and deploying data-driven strategies to deliver impactful products. My expertise spans customer-centric product & tech development, agile methodologies, and organizational transformation.

Through Evela Health, I am excited to harness the potential of real-world data and digital health tools to address the deeply underserved needs in women’s health. Traditional care models often fail to recognize the unique, evolving requirements of conditions like menopause. At Evela Health, we are pioneering a personalized, data-backed approach that adapts to each individual, making care accessible, proactive, and genuinely supportive.
